RETURN POLICY - IMPORTANT - PLEASE, READ IT!


We can definitely help you with the return or exchange! Please contact us athello@panot.com or at our Whatsapp if you have an issue with the glasses: a defect, damaged glasses or spare parts, prescription inquiries, and we will resolve your case!

If you want to return an item due to sizing, colour, fashion, or taste reasons, follow the process described below. Prepare your package for shipping, they must meet the following conditions before being shipped out:

  • Brand new, original condition
  • Undamaged
  • Unaltered

How is the return process of the item?
Once comunicated with us through email or whatsapp we'll send our logistic partner to proceed to pick it up.
Within the UAE we offer free returns. However, those shipments outside the UAE, the original shipping cost paid is non-refundable. Bear in mind we don't do profit from returns, we only charge the cost, which shipping company charges us to send and return the items.

EXCHANGES

If you prefer an Exchange for another model, proceed with the return of original glasses as described above, choose the item you would like to receive instead.

In both cases, exchange or refund, once the parcel is handed to the courier and received in our instalations to double check it is in perfect conditions as mentioned earlier, we will proceed to refund the money.
