2-Year Warranty

At bluelife.ae, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to have complete peace of mind when making a purchase. That's why we offer a 2-year warranty on all of our products.


If, for any reason, your item becomes defective due to manufacturing defects or malfunctions within this period, we're here to help. Our team will promptly repair or replace it for you, with a little additional fee.


We're committed to delivering products that meet our high standards of quality and durability, and we're confident that our warranty will provide you with the assurance and protection you need.

 

30-Day Return Policy


We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, please make sure it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, please email us at team@bluelife.ae, and we'll guide you through the rest. Please note that you'll need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Address

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and Issues

We understand that sometimes, items may be defective, damaged, or you may receive the wrong item. If that's the case, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchange

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. If you wish to exchange an item, please make sure it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. To initiate the exchange process, please email us at team@bluelife.ae, and we'll guide you through the rest. Please note that you'll need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchange Process

Once we receive your item for exchange, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the requirements of our exchange policy. If approved, we will process your exchange within 10 business days, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue you a refund instead.


Return Shipping Fees

Please note that return shipping fees will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. However, please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria, such as items that are not in their original condition or packaging, or items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If you're based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at team@bluelife.ae.
